We just went to a show at the Samueli center and the pre show brunch was catered by Patina Catering. All four us were blown away by the delicious food we ate I.e., quiches, bacon, roasted potatoes, croissants, scones, juices, tea, coffee, etc. I just wish they had a local cafe where we could continue our noshing!!
I just want to take the time to personally thank Chef Ed, with whom I had the pleasure of assisting at the Formula 1 race, Las Vegas, this past weekend. This man has high values & knows how to hold the kitchen down thru excellent leadership & high work ethic. Nowadays this combination is a rare commodity as most only do enough to get by without caring about the next person's feelings. He was also humble which I hope rubs off on those higher up on the chain of command as they could stand a lesson on appreciation & cordiality.... read more
Garbage company with atrocious chef and coordinator who hire temp workers just to disrespect and degrade them after they help them out with an event they are behind on and understaffed for then they pretend everything is fine to then try to ruin your lively hood and income streams. They are absolutely disgusting individuals and should be reported and blacklisted. They also use unsanitary and illegal methods to prepare their food and I definitely will be informing the department of sanitation and OSHA.
I have had the pleasure of working with Patina Catering at a number of our events at Honey Bear Events. From weddings, to galas to small private dinners in our client's homes and they are always extremely professional, talented and fun to work with. Their attention to detail makes sure the vision comes to life beautifully! I am looking forward to our next event together! I would highly recommend Patina Restaurant Group for your next event!
