A place for individuals with illnesses both physical and mental can go to talk, learn, and keep track of their symptoms, feelings, and just read about new research etc...
So far I am finding out alot about my illnesses that I did not know this is a great group very helpful to talk and learn from people dealing with same things I am in life.
having a bad day my legs hurt and achy all over it hardly ever snows here in Washington state but woke up to about 2inches of snow so today is a chair day
