Such a poor experience every time I have to have blood drawn here. Even when not going in the morning when it's busy with everyone heading in for fasting labs, you'll still wait. I'm here currently to have one tube of blood drawn, I've been waiting over 90 minutes and in that time only 3 people have been called in to have their labs drawn. Three people working and only one drawing blood, with a full waiting room and also the outside hallway and stairs full of patients waiting. Says close at 8 on website, drove 30min, came at 6:50 they're about to shut, but the front lady is nice
This BioReference location performs very poorly. Today I arrived at 950am. There were about eight people in the waiting room. 1hr10mins later I left. Only three or Four people had been taken and the rest, like myself , were still waiting. Furthermore , many patients here appear to speak only Spanish yet none of those working the desk speak the language.
