Nice staff. Clean. Without going into details, there were some issues with my prescription for blood test, but they resolved it quickly.
This was 1 of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Silva was so kind, wonderful, and was immediately able to find my vein to draw blood without any problems. I also had to do a 1 hour glucose test and she allowed me to go inside to lay down during my wait so I was even able to take a nice nap. Such a great experience.
Had appointment, didnt mean anything. Had to queued with all walk-ins and it was first in, first out. 45min after my appointment was when I even got spoken to. Please update the office policy to take care of appointments prior to walk-ins. Staff are great though, just stretched thin
My experience here was very pleasant. I didn't have to wait long and was out of the office in no time. They're very professional and treated me with kindness. Definitely would go back.
Pros No appointment before head. Very small queue 1-2 people. Nice personal. I was able to find this lab and make blood test same day. Cons long time to get result. Like 10 days.
