I have been coming here a few times a year - for a few years. Never made an appointment, always very little wait time. The phlebotomists are extremely gentle and skilled. Barely a drop of blood on the bandage every time. Results take about 3 days. Best lab I've been to.
Got my blood work by Tia and it literally took 2.5 seconds and was the best and most painless work I've gotten.
Great lab that accommodates walk-ins and staff is very descent and respectful. The blood work pricking is gentle that’s really required especially for babies/kids.
This was 1 of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Silva was so kind, wonderful, and was immediately able to find my vein to draw blood without any problems. I also had to do a 1 hour glucose test and she allowed me to go inside to lay down during my wait so I was even able to take a nice nap. Such a great experience.
Had appointment, didnt mean anything. Had to queued with all walk-ins and it was first in, first out. 45min after my appointment was when I even got spoken to. Please update the office policy to take care of appointments prior to walk-ins. Staff are great though, just stretched thin
