Bring Your Wallet – This office is in it for the money. I have been a patient there for years, but every time I want a refill of my prescription they make me come in and pay, only for a doctor to speak to me for 30 seconds and refill it. According to the law, once yearly should be sufficient, but I have to appear (and pay) every time I want a refill. They also book way too many appointments which makes for long waits, and rushed service. I can't afford it anymore and am changing offices.
Highly Recommended – I was very nervous about having eyelid surgery and finally took the plunge to have it done at Patient Preferred Dermatology. I had heard good reviews of Dr. Lani Clark so I had her perform upper and lower eyelid surgery on me last month. The whole procedure was painless. My only discomfort was having frozen peas over my eyes for several days. All of the office staff, from the receptionist to the surgery nurses, made me feel at ease. I highly recommend having any related dermatology procedure done here.
