This place was literally the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff was so friendly and caring. Made me and my baby feel safe and comfortable. They listened to our problems and provided the best solutions. The provider was so friendly with my child and playful. I would definitely recommend this place every time. The staff is very nice and professional, and the building is comfortable and clean. The location is convenient. It did take a very long time to be seen through even though I had an appointment, and there didn’t seem to be very many people there. I got there for 5:20 and wasn’t out until almost 7:20. The wait was long even when I finally made it to an examination room. I loved the staff but the wait might be a deal breaker when choosing where to go next time.
I had a very positive experience during my recent visit to this patient plus urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. I made an appointment that morning and got in first thing. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and inviting. The waiting room was clean and tidy. I did not wait in the waiting room very long before I was called back and the receiving nurse was very polite. The nurse practitioner I saw was courteous and knowledgeable. Over all I am very pleased with my visit.
I arrived close to closing, but I was still welcomed in and given concern and attention. That’s not always the reception you get when you arrive close to closing. The doctor was warm, competent and helpful. The other staff members were polite and professional. This was my best overall urgent care experience. I highly recommend this place/location.
