Location is clean and service was quick, despite the full waiting room. The entire staff was fantastic. The nurse was kind and playful with my child to make him feel comfortable. FMP Miller was great, he listened to concerns and even provided a dose of medication in the office. It was a busy day but the staff did their best to see each patient as quickly as possible without making them feel rushed.
This place was literally the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff was so friendly and caring. Made me and my baby feel safe and comfortable. They listened to our problems and provided the best solutions. The provider was so friendly with my child and playful. I would definitely recommend this place every time. Was able to do paperwork online which was easy and made things much quicker . Once we got there they checked us in and we waited no longer than 5 minutes and was taken back with the nurse. She was very nice and was gentle with my little one. Once she was done the doctor came in SHORTLY and did his assessment and was nice & quick. Got out of there in no time and everybody was friendly and helpful ! Best service I’ve ever received .
The staff is very nice and professional, and the building is comfortable and clean. The location is convenient. It did take a very long time to be seen through even though I had an appointment, and there didn’t seem to be very many people there. I got there for 5:20 and wasn’t out until almost 7:20. The wait was long even when I finally made it to an examination room. I loved the staff but the wait might be a deal breaker when choosing where to go next time.
I had a very positive experience during my recent visit to this patient plus urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The patient care was outstanding – I felt listened to, respected, and well taken care of throughout the entire visit.
