I had an outstanding experience at Patient Plus Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. The staff at Patient Plus urgent care was amazing. My 6 yr old appeared to have pinky eye and he hates going to the doctor. But he was seen within 10min of arrive and the staff (especially Brandi and Miller,NP ) made him feel so comfortable during his exam. Highly recommend this place for anyone with small kids.
Patient Plus Urgent Care has been absolutely amazing for my family. They’ve taken care of 3 out of 5 of us, and every visit has been a great experience. The online sign-up is super easy, and there’s hardly ever any wait time, which is a huge plus—especially with kids. The staff is extremely friendly, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything, which really puts you at ease. You never feel rushed, and you truly feel cared for. If I could give this place more stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!
Location is clean and service was quick, despite the full waiting room. The entire staff was fantastic. The nurse was kind and playful with my child to make him feel comfortable. FMP Miller was great, he listened to concerns and even provided a dose of medication in the office. It was a busy day but the staff did their best to see each patient as quickly as possible without making them feel rushed.
The PA and nurse were great!! The PA was so informative and took her time with us and explained everything. We were her last patient of the night and she not not rush at all and took her time. I will definitely be recommending this facility
