I’ve had my medical card since 2017. The past two years with this company was terrible. 2021 they screwed up and didn’t have my booked In time and my card expired. Same thing happened this year too. Kelli the admin person while jaughjng said she dropped the ball and wants to make sure it won’t happen again. It won’t cause I am going elsewhere. I’d stay away from here.
The doctor was very helpful. It was a good experience.
They were helpful in getting me added to the medical marijuana database in Ohio but they are certainly not helpful in providing care. This morning I got an email containing a link to an online survey that was very vague and told me it would be "my follow-up appointment." I filled out the survey and put one negative thing about the treatment which is barely even bothering me and then they contacted me later that day saying they were going to have to revoke my recommendation.
