They just assume you are there for drugs and don’t do anything to treat symptoms or even try to figure out what you’re suffering from. Just “here’s some pills, see the cashier on your way out.”
Doctor VINCENT B. JOHNSTON was very matter of fact and condescending. He did not believe my symptoms. I explained my symptoms to him, I’ve had this sickness before and been diagnosed. After he basically called me a liar and I had to plead with him that my symptoms were real he ended up giving me a prescription and put on the prescription not to fill it for 4 days!!!!! I have to stay in pain with these symptoms for 4 more days. Don’t waste your time here 😒
RecommendedHelp when you can’t get your dr office I to answer the phone or when you are sick and it’s late at night or a weekend. Get relief and start to feel better. Always nice and don’t have to wait long.

I squished my thumb a bit so they x-rayed my hand for no reason. But then suggest I see an orthopedic surgeon for a small bone fragment in the joint (yeah, sure). On the theory that I was going to go back in 2 days for a "follow up", the 'dr' decided I didn't need an antibiotic. Well, 'doc' your opinion means nothing to me. I think you should return to school and try again. Why should I give u $49 for a follow up when you sucked the 1st time around? Ain't happening. I've had decent experiences at the location on Taylor Road until my visit several months back. I wasn't feeling all that great and was in some pain, I went to the little office room where the collect your copay and the reason why you're there. I paid my copay and explained to the lady what was going on with me and she persisted to keep asking me if I had made a payment on my current bill I had with them (from my previous visits and i had made a payment already) over and over again like I was lying .She proceeded to tell me t... read more
