Great choice for urgent care Patient first has always been my number one choice for urgent care visits on the weekends and evenings when our regular doctor is closed. Unfortunately my children seem to get sick whenever their regular doctor is closed so we have seen a lot of patient first. Every time we have been there they have taken care of patients in a timely fashion and are alway kind and courteous!
Patient First I had to go to Patient First after my accident and I was seen quickly and efficiently. I went back for a follow up and had a wonderful experience. I would recommend the service to anyone.
Patient First i like being able to come here over going to the ER. Most of the time there is a wait, but I don't mind the wait because it would be longer at the ER
Patient First is excellent! It's so nice to be able to walk in to a physician's office and be able to not have an appointment. Sometimes there is a wait, but sometimes there isn't. The care is great too. Great alternative to the ER.
Urgent care with a smile. I've broken several things since living in Maryland, and Patient First has always been there for me. This 24/7/365 facility is always open and available when I need someone to look at a problem, but I don't feel like putting up the copay for the Emergency Room. They have always treated me well, and the billing department (unlike SEVERAL other facilities) has their act together. Service with a smile is appreciated when you're in pain.
Good Experience Well the doctors at Patient First are good and the other members are friendly and patient folks who don't get too annoyed on asking questions. I had a problem once though with the copay being charged twice but was solved in the immediate next visit with an appology. I haven't had any major issues for visiting doctors so for the small issues that you have this place is not at all bad.
Poor "doctors" I wasn't impressed at all with the doctors at this place. I went in after falling down a flight of stairs 3 weeks before my wedding because I was so stressed. The doctor refused to give me any pain medicine and instead told me to go home and recite the serenity prayer?!?! Stay away unless this is your only option!
Patient First is a joke As a medical professional myself, allergies and asthma sent me to Patient First this morning. I was told by "Dr." del Rasario my chronic asthma of 19 years is a result of anxiety. That being said, I was put on antibiotics? I went here because I had no other option and was more disapointed than I thought I would be. Dispicable "doctors". There is a reason these doctors don't have their own practices or work in an accredited hospital.As an EMT in Baltimore Co. I have heard 2 stories about this place:1- ... read more
clinic well run.....would not hesitate to return. billing was also very nice.
