I was seen by Nancy Dembicer, P.A. Her bedside manners was short and sharp. I am a regular patient at this particular facility and was surprised and disappointed by Nancy's mannerism. Patience is needed by professional staff especially when treating ill people, however I just asked her to repeat my directions regarding the med. She got annoyed and pointed that they were on my discharge sheet. However after reviewing my discharge paper while sitting inside my car, instructions were not listed at all ! I had a truly outstanding experience at Patient First from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were welcoming and incredibly efficient. They checked me in quickly and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The medical assistant Arianna was so helpful — compassionate, attentive, and professional. She made sure I was comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. Terrible
The Dr on duty was horrible. No type of bedside manners or nothing. So make sure you check the schedule to make sure Dr. Husseini is not on duty. The rest of the staff I would rate a 5 star but not her..
