I have no complaints, the doctor and staff were excellent. Got me in and out as fast as they could. Got my prescriptions filled there also, so I could get home and rest my leg.
I had an appointment at Patient First Urgent Care today and was seen by Dr. Stephen Bridges. He was hands down the best urgent care doctor I’ve ever had. He was incredibly thorough in his exam, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. His bedside manner was excellent — kind, attentive, and professional. I left feeling confident in the care I received and very well taken care of. This was the most outstanding visit I ever had going to an urgent care. The PA that took care of me was very caring, very nice, just wow! This whole visit wow’d me! Thank you so much. You all made me feel like royalty. I will forever use this urgent care if I ever need to again for myself, My Wife and all our children. Thank you all so much.
Always a good experience as someone who doesn't have a primary care doctor. It's nice to be seen whenever I need to be.
The young lady at the front desk who checked me in was very professional and pleasant. The medical assistant, Ms. Bryant, was amazing. She was professional, kind, pleasant, and personable. The provider, Nancy, was great; she listened to me and gave me excellent recommendations for my issue.
