The most efficient urgent care experience I’ve ever had. From check-in to being seen by the physician took less than 15 minutes; especially impressive for a Monday afternoon at 3:00 PM. I truly appreciate the team’s attentiveness and level of care. Everyone was professional, compassionate, and highly efficient. Thank you all for such an outstanding experience.
I must say I was very pleased with my experience. Normally, when you think of patient first, I was prepared mentally to wait for a long period of time to be seen however, I was seen almost within 10 minutes of signing in and then shortly after was able to see the nurse assistance and, the nurse, and then the doctor and was truly in and out in a very reasonable time.
