RecommendedI have been here twice and both experiences were great! Once for my mom and once for myself. Very nice staff and doctors that were helpful. I recommend this facility in Abington.
Do NOT go here. I went in today because my ear and throat are extremely painful. The doctor (Physician’s Assistant Elisa M. Bell) merely only looked inside of my ear and my throat. She ran ZERO tests and only gave me nasal decongestants and NOTHING for the pain. Even though my nose is NOT congested at all. Now I have to go to different Urgent Care tomorrow! STAY AWAY!!!
I went in with an elbow laceration and left with a piece of paper telling me I was too fat to be healthy. Thanks.
I sent my son to this location for a dog bite. I am utterly disappointed by the treatment my son received. I work for a local healthcare system and we wouldn’t dare treat a patient this way. My son’s hand was injured but was handled with caution or care. When they wrapped his hand they forgot to put the splint so they just handed it to him. Corporate will be getting a very lengthy letter from me.
RecommendedOverall experience amazing, physician assistant already forgot her name she was middle eastern but amazing customer service skills as well as, advice me how to take care of my injury as well as wrap it if needed. Definitely recommend to friends and family
Why would you charge people for useless information. I came in seeking psychiatric evaluation. Instead you guys checked my vitals, left me in a room for 30 minutes only to have a doctor come in(who's name is on NONE of my "paperwork"), listen to me for all of 30 seconds and then tell me that I needed to get an evaluation elsewhere. The phone number and location that he recommended were also entirely incorrect. I appreciate knowing what my weight and blood pressure was but it wasn't worth 130 dollars.
I took my son this morning for a COVID test. We parked in one of the 2 spots for COVID testing. I checked in online and was told they would call me. We waited for about 20 minutes which is understandable. I looked down at my phone and realized they had called me but my phone thought it was spam and sent it straight to voicemail. I called the number for the office and told the gentleman on the phone what happened and he said they would call me back. we have waited well over a hr with 9 month old with a 102 fever and know one has looked at him other then nurse. we did get a hold of the un call doctor for his regular doctor and this is where theu told us to come. Never again will I come here all the nurses and doctors our standing in the middle and there is no other patients here.
Sadly, I’ve never had a medical professional treat me as rudely and disrespectfully as the receptionist, Wendy. We were checking in by phone for Covid testing-my son and I have not been well and my husband thought we should be tested and made the appointments for us.
