Good and polite but you will be charged as if they are a specialist doctor unlike at Care Express.
Never used a place like this before. Was impressed from start to finish with: courteous staff, cleanliness, length of wait, efficiency, and diagnosis. If ever need to use again.... No hesitation. In and out in less than 45 mins
From the time I arrived to the time I left everyone that I contacted was caring, kind, and professional. The Doc was awesome, the x-ray tech delightful. All get an A++!
The office staff was not very friendly but the doctor I saw (Dr. Hurst) was great! I had a bit of knowledge of what needed to be done on my condition and he was spot on! Even told me I could get my antibiotics at Giant for free (who knew)! The office was very clean and I spent about one hour there which I thought was very reasonable as a walk in. Still prefer my family doctor but wouldn't hesitate to go back if necessary.
Visited in May 2012. At first impression, it is friendly and clean. When I got back to where they weigh you, there was this man in a lab coat walking around with a plastic bag. He was just walking in circles, or staring into exam rooms, or trying to talk to nurses who clearly didn't want to speak to him. I don't know if he was a doctor, but it wouldn't surprise me. No up front pricing. Had a simple cold and strep test for $260.00 and they tried to give us an xray for a simple cold! Really?? Concentra was $80 for an office visit and they told us the price when we asked for it!
