Was there today to get my Eye flushed the nurse “Rebecca “was awesome she needs to be employe of the year
Was there about 1hr while waiting for the doctor someone came and checked on me as did I want a warm blanket. He came back with the blanket he didn't just handed to me he wrapped the blanket around and the doctor will be in soon
I have never had a bad experience at Patient First. I have COPD and get bronchitis pretty often in the spring, summer and fall due to pollen. My regular primary care physician is closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so I usually end up at Patient First. Everyone is always polite and doctors are thorough. Have been considering changing primary care to patient first.
I always have a stellar experience. Nice staff and providers.
Very good service. The doctor was very thorough and informative.
It was the Cedar Road Patient First but wouldn't let me tag it... they were all awesome!! Very!!!
Very surprised and pleased with the thoroughness of the exam and tests done. I have been in the past and no one did blood work or chest xray or soent more than 5 mins in the room with me. Everyone from the check in desk to triage to phelbotomist, xray tech, and the PA I saw were professional, friendly, and very caring. I really felt heard and cared for at this visit.
I waited almost 2 hours to see a doctor. I had to leave the room and go find a nurse to see how much longer it was going to be. Being left in a room by myself with no one even checking in or making sure i was ok doesnt seem like a good practice. It was busy but I have been there before when it was much busier and it didn't take that long. You either need more staff or it needs to be better managed.
