Sadly, I’ve never had a medical professional treat me as rudely and disrespectfully as the receptionist, Wendy. We were checking in by phone for Covid testing-my son and I have not been well and my husband thought we should be tested and made the appointments for us. RecommendedHad to go here twice in one week for a physical I needed for nursing school and both visits everyone was so friendly and helpful! From the ladies working at the front desk to the nurses and the doctors, everyone was so pleasant! Will definitely be returning in the future if I ever need to use an urgent care again!
I’d rather go here than my PCP. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Sheets goes above and beyond, she ran every test imaginable to come up with my diagnosis. Overall 5 star experience.
Friendly and nice staff, clean, fast, professional!
I went in for a stuffy nose and cough. The doctor didn’t look in my nose at all and, after looking in my throat, said my tonsils “look great” to which I replied that I had my tonsils removed. The diagnosis that he put into the computer was tonsillitis.
The whole experience from walking in the door to walking out was amazing. I totally loved that I was able to leave with my medications from the office. Outstanding experience. I saw about 3-4 other patients being tended to while I was there but, my total experience probably last about 45 minutes. Kudos to your staff. Shout out to everyone that assisted me that day. I thank each and everyone one of them.
Worst experience I've ever had. Tell me I have a sinus infection but don't even give me a prescription just come back in 5 or 6 days if you don't feel better. Will never return.
Amazing staff who make you feel important and well taken care of from the moment you walk in the door! Thank you again for the entertainment while helping me get healthy again!
