VERY happy with this location. Clean, quick to see patients, friendly, convenient!!
I've had to use this facility several times and have always been treated so well. I had a uti this time and was in severe discomfort, and even though they were packed, they still took care of me as soon as they could, and I'm already feeling better. Thank you to your wonderful staff for always making me feel better. You really helped me today.
I enjoyed my visit everyone from the young lady that registered me in the front to the doctor, x-ray and blood tech made me fine comfortable and at ease especially Deidre!!!
I had a really poor experience at this location with my son (made us wait a long time, pay expensive co-pay, then after being seen by a sick provider who coughed all over myself and my son, we were sent away with no help for our complaint). I have been trying to reach a supervisor at the office to discuss the poor care we were given, with no call back from anyone. So disappointed and will not ever return. Very poor follow-up by the supervisors as well.
I honestly caught something that looked like flesh eating poison ivy. At first I went to the minute clinic at CVS. After waiting 2 hours to be seen in a Sunday. She instructed me to go an Urgent Care near my home. CLOSED on Sundays. Using Google. Patient First popped up. Signed in. Sat in comfortable lobby till my name was called.
