Yesterday I had to visit an urgent care down the shore, I forgot my insurance card and was scrambling to try to get a copy. I called patient first and they were so kind and text me a picture of it immediately. I cannot remember the name of the woman I spoke with, maybe Deb or Dana, but she was incredible and saved me a lot of money. Kudos to hour office staff!

They sent my mom home with elevated blood pressure today without even checking her out. She was complaining about pressure on her left side& they did nothing but take her blood pressure. I did that at home. No EKG, nothing. So thanks for nothing patient first. Can’t wait for that bill to come in.

I came in with an eye issue. the Dr said it could be this or it could be that but she was not sure. If it is not better in 3-5 days go see someone that can actually help you. This is a giant waste of my time and money. If a clinic can only treat a certain list of illnesses, that should be posted. Do not have people waste time and money if you do not have the ability t... read more

I went here knowing I needed eye drops for my pink eye and didn't want to take a separate trip going to the pharmacy (they have the pharmacy in house.) I got there around 6 and was happy that I quickly was taken to my room. At 7 I still hadn't been seen by the doctor yet and when I asked, I still had 3 people in front of me! There was apparently only 1 doctor working. Waiting that long defeats the whole purpose of an urgent care facility. I walked out and will never go back again. This is my second (and last) time going ther... read more
