Went in with severe ankle sprain. Like can’t hardly walk. Intake was ok although she didn’t know left from right. Vital check person was nice. Xray person ask “did you injure your foot”. No. I always limp around urgent cares when I’m bored. “Um yes”. Like they didn’t tell you what to X-ray? Doctors hard to understand as in English second language. Looks at X-ray for 2 mins. “Not broke, do you have Tylenol”. Ask me if I could put weight on it. Told her not much. Asked if I had range of motion. Told her no. No offer of crutche... read more
The lady who checked me in was so nice. The medical staff doing my blood pressure etc were just outgoing. Dr. Morgan is such an amazing person. He Listens!!!!!!! He is very thorough and has such a great bedside manner. The wait time was not bad at all. Went in around 10:30am as out at 11:47am.
Communication is always key. The use of the website to let a patient follow their order in line is brilliant. I am typically a patient person, but “seeing light at the end of the tunnel” makes having patience much easier. Well done.
