Since opening our first medical center in 1981, Patient First's vision remains the same: making access to quality medical care as convenient and cost-effective as possible. To achieve this objective, we have adopted and continue to embrace many innovative operating systems and practices. No appointments are necessary. Patients can walk into a Patient First center and receive prompt attention upon arrival. Patients who wish to see a particular physician or physician assistant can call ahead or visit our website to explore the dates and times when that person will be seeing patients. X-rays, lab tests, and prescription drugs are available on-site to save time and reduce the need for extra trip

Completely forgot my wife and they left her in waiting room for 3 hours on her birthday!! Brought my wife here at 11 am today. After doing the Normal processing for a problem she was having we sat in the waiting room for an hour. Was kind of expected with it being a emergency room type facility. Then another hour went by. We asked the front desk for and update and they said the doctor was looking at her results right then. Another hour goes by and we ask again then they call her back. Then after getting back there she is told they forgot about her. It is her birthday today and we got to spend over three hours waiting because somebody doesn't know how to do their job. Be prepared to wait, well over an hour wait every time I’ve come here. What a waste of time! Even on a slow day with no cars in the parking lot I have never been seen by a physician is less than an hour. I waited for an hour and half today before having to leave to avoid being late for something else! Absolutely ridiculous wait times. Is there only ever one doctor?

This is my first trip to patient first. From signing in to checking out, everything and everyone was wonderful! The staff, nurses, and doctors were all extremely friendly and kind. I would highly recommend

Wow, was I surprised by the efficiency and kindness of every single staffer. 37 minutes in and out, to include filling my prescription there. Thank you all so much!!!

Retarded. Billed the wrong insurance and never contacted me about it so it went straight on my credit report as a collection. Do not go here. And when i contacted them. They always hang up. So unprofessional and rude

I have never in my life had a doctor that wanted to just argue with his patients. The service I received from the doctor at patient first was horrible.
