We were very impressed with the quick response unlike some of the other companies who never responded. The nurses Sherry and Mindy were both friendly, caring and professional. The Physical Therapist Mark was terrific also and a pleasure to work with. We were very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

I strongly do not recommend this home health company to anyone. My experience with their services was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The front staff, especially Maxine, was consistently rude and disrespectful, making communication difficult right from the start. My skilled nurse, Shelia L., was habitually late and often missed scheduled appointments without any notice or explanation. Patient Care Advocates provided care to my mother when she was discharged from the skilled nursing facility following hip surgery. The entire staff was wonderful - Linda, the RN was so compassionate and caring with mom; Mark, the PT was thorough and caring with mom when he provided instruction on exercises for her to do; Jayson, the OT provided excellent care as well. I am grateful to the PCA team and would definitely request them again if their services are ever needed in the future.
