I flew to Boston for surgery. My pilot Jim Platz and the copilot was Annie Beaulieu, really a great team, we landed at the airport and they stayed with me all the time, Jim is the one that called the Taxi and never left my side till I left. I had never been in Boston before so that took a lot of stress away. Thank you to Jim and Annie for the professional service and also to all the PALS gals for all they did to set every thing up.
We used PALS for my visit to Dana Farber. What a wonderful experience! Everything was free and professionally done. Great communication between staff, pilots, and patient. I will definitely use them again for future visits!

We just had our first flight with pals and it couldn't have gone better. They were great with our little guy, friendly, and just overall was a great experience.
