RecommendedOur family is so grateful for this service cause without your help we would not be able to get the treatment that our baby girl needs. Our daughter Aaliyah had Stage 4 Neuroblastoma and now we are going through vaccine therapy and Aaliyah still shows no sign of cancer. Not sure how to give 5 stars, but I’d give 10 if I could!!! PALS is an amazing service that has helped our family be able to travel to get the best care for our (almost) 2 year old baby girl! We’ve met many wonderful, sweet, kind hearted pilots!
