I had a 9:15am Dr. appointment. I found out AT THAT TIME there was something wrong with my insurance. I was LITERALLY there for paperwork to be filled out for my job and a sick appointment. I asked if I could be billed. The FRONT OFFICE STAFF went to get the office manager to see if there was some assistance that could be offered. I explained my situation and told her that if the paperwork was not filled out and turned in, I could lose my job. I have been a patient of Dr. Pickens for around 8 years, and I can't say enough good things about her. She is incredibly caring, always taking the time to listen and understand my concerns. Her compassion, expertise and dedication to her patients are evident in every visit.
