I agree with the other reviewers here, the billing practices here are scammy. This company tried to double charge me on a scheduling mistake that THEY made. I had to take them to court over this when Janna finally reimbursed me. Please beware of their billing department! Linda Borst is amazing! Very honest and very helpful
I see Nicole P. here and she's so good at disecting my overthinking and hitting me with one liners that have me question my unhealthy line of thinking that it's crazy good. She provides comfort and care in a way no other therapist I've had ever has. She always makes sure I'm okay after a rough session before just ending it even if time is technically up.You can tell she cares about what she does. She's truly a gem.
As other reviewers have stated, Pathways therapy is extremely unprofessional. Lack of communication between patients, the office, and provider is an issue. Another major complaint is how providers and office staff communicate, schedule, and accept payment. This practice takes unprofessional to another level entirely and I would never recommend this office or its providers to anyone.
If I could give a minus star review I would! These "therapists" are nothing more than a group of fake, cold hearted group of people. They take as much money as they can from people who are in the court system. I wouldn't recommend these lovers to anyone
