Lacey, WA location My 13 year-old son was referred to Pathways for having suicidal ideation. He saw a therapist for about 6 months when I was told that his therapist at that time was not able to see my him anymore due to her license changing. There are two types of mental health companies that have evolved since the COVID pandemic began. There are good companies that care about patients and their wellbeing. And there are companies that put profit before people. Pathways is only interested in working with someone that they can make quick and easy money from. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Pathways, they are a dangerous company that could easily put someone over the edge who was in a mental health crisis. *****Edit**** Dr tolentino is using Google reviews as a tool for both self aggrandizement and to distance himself from his failures. He is padding his reviews from collegues and staff members, as he does in his own business. His window of tolerance for criticism is exceptionally small. If I could give no stars I would.. Reaching out for help and I don't get a call back within the 24hr period which was stated on thw website. I get a text message more than 24hrs later telling me that I can be put on a waitlist. That they don't have a counsellors available... Not I'm sorry we don't have anyone here is some other places to try or if wanted you can be put on a waitlist... Lets keep playing around with people's mental health!! This is ridiculous!!

The staff at Pathways are friendly and accomodating. I am one of those who are posting what I appreciate about them. such a great place for mental health services.
