This is my son's 4th DTA in 12 years after My son went through a rough time beginning Approx 2 year ago as a result of sudden aggression starting at 20 years old. He's Now 22. After his second stay in IP TX. He was welcomed at Pathways with open arms. Since he's been there he has thrived under their care. He hasn't shown aggression And has been treated with love, compassion And dignity. Under Cynthia and Monica's Care, he has grown tremendously, using his Augcom device and saying words. I was a previous caregiver at this location and my time here was great. Management and other caregivers were friendly and supportive. I felt the quality of care for the individuals attending was wonderful as their care was a team effort. Fun activities and outings.
I would never send my loved ones here. Staff is completely unprofessional and has no training with the special needs. The members are being abused at this establishment and I hope it’s not the whole company but with the standards of the Glendale location it highly could be. There needs be an investigation, I will be calling the state.
