Terrible experience. I felt like they just wanted my money and did not truly care about me or my experience. The communication was awful. The staff never reached out to me after my failed cycle. I felt like Dr.Massey was rarely involved in my care and the medical assistants handled most of it. And I believe that’s why I had such a terrible outcome when I’m only 24 and the perfect IVF candidate. Please spend your thousands elsewhere so you aren’t ripped off.

Business response:

Thank you for your review. We always strive to not only meet our patients' expectations, but to exceed them. When we get feedback that we did not do that, we review everything about how something was handled, so that we can improve. Our doctors are involved in patient care every step of the way, even when the nursing staff is your main point of contact. The hard part about being an infertility center is that unfortunately, IVF does not always have the end result we all desire. If you would like to discuss your situation furt... read more

They never give any feedback. Never answer to your call, voicemail and message. Does this facility even exist? Piece of shit.

Our fertility journey started in 2010. But MY infertility issues started at age 11 with a ruptured appendix. They also discovered a softball-sized cyst on one of my ovaries. The doctor said I would struggle with cysts and may never have children. From then on, I struggled with pain, surgeries, medication and was diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS. When I dated my husband, we started talked about having children. What I was told at age 11 hit me hard. I started worrying. Will I get pregnant? Will he still want to be with m... read more

Stay away from the Augusta location. Communication there is horrible. The doctor goes on regular vacations lasting well over a month without notifying patients that their treatment will be put on hold for months while waiting for him to return. This has now happened twice in less than a year of going there, the first time putting me on a 3 month delay!

Reasons Not to Go to the Servey Massey Fertility Institute: - They say that they bill to your insurance, but what they don’t tell you (until you’re in the office for your first appointment) is that even if you have infertility coverage, they won’t bill your insurance for IVF, IUI, or any related procedures. They only bill insurance for office visits and tests, EVERYTHING else is paid for out of pocket. - They will reschedule your appointment at the last minute, even if you made it a month in advance and came home early from ... read more

Business response:

We always strive to not just meet, but exceed our patients’ expectations. We understand that you may be frustrated and can assure you we make great efforts to explain our appointment and billing policies prior to scheduling appointments. Our scheduler explains how insurance works when appointments are made. We do file insurance for certain diagnostic tests, but do not file insurance for IVF or other procedures. We are a low-cost fertility center (almost half of other centers in the area) and thus, do not file insurance. Our ... read more
