My son was referred to pathways over a month ago! I, myself along with his referring office have tried calling everyday, left messages and on one occasion I spoke with a lady who called me back after several messages were left and she told me she would give the message to the correct person to make an appt for my son and that person would call me back. Two weeks later that person has yet to call me back and after several more messages still no return phone call! Now I call and it just rings and rings and then goes to a fax. ... read more
