Ms. Ruth Hardin and Mr. Charles Viar are the ONLY TWO people at the Dyersburg location that I trust with my healthcare because they do care about my well-being. It shows. They don't just brush their patients off and let them go away without being helped. And they certainly don't make me feel like I'm just a basket case. They both treat me with respect and as a human being. And sure appreciate them both. And they make sure any issues are taken care of, period. Lack of communication, had an appointment set for month out. Show up for an appointment to be only told that there is not one scheduled. Find out later that the Billing dept. Canceled it. Told I need to see higher Qualfied therapist. But never once was contacted by anyone. Even after 2 previous visits. Nathaniel was a great therapist for what visits we had. Need better patient care.

I just wanted to talk to a counselor and the receptionist gave me the number to the exact business I am standing in to call. I call and this man talks to me like a child as I state I would like to just speak to a counselor about my anxiety. He said he was confused. I am now confused. It isn't that complicated. Customer service here is quite "interesting". The facility looks nice and clean so I give it one star since the front desk gave me a number to call the front desk.....
