I was very happy when I first moved in here, but that feeling changed quickly. The apartment itself smells of smoke, even though this is supposed to be a smoke-free property. The hallways often smell worse, and the odor carries into the unit. There are also issues with pest infestation and pet urine smells. Pet urine smell in the balcony, along with neighbours smoking make the balcony unusable. The worst problem is the noise. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is not a good place to live. My mother was placed in an apartment that was completely unacceptable — it was filthy, smelled strongly of urine, had roaches, and the cabinets were falling apart. No one should be moved into those kinds of living conditions. The way this situation was handled was completely wrong, and it shows a lack of care or responsibility from management. Do not live here.
The maintenance man Ivan is a really hard worker he listens and takes notes about the issues I have living here when it comes to appliance's problems, he can easily solve the issue and have things up and running or when I need the items replaced he easily gets it done. He works hard on keeping the grounds clean and dumpster areas cleared and he take care of the inside property really well, really lucky to have such a hard worker like himself in the maintenance business, usually deal with lazy workers or people who don't show... read more
