I would highly recommend that you looking elsewhere, if you are thinking about renting an apartment at Pathways at Chalmers Courts. The first thing that you should understand about this apartment complex (Pathways at Chalmers Courts) is that it is a Low Income / Subsidized / Income based on rent, type of housing complex.
