Horrible customer service!! Rude staff!! Long wait times do not recommend!!
Went in to see Dr. Khalife and let me tell you she was so rude about my health conditions that I felt she had an attitude towards my complaint. It took a lot for me to go in and ask for weight loss because it’s a big concern for me and I truly needed help. She had no empathy and was even dared to ask me why. That’s none of her business to ask she should have gone a different direction with her questions. Will be looking for a new doctor someone who understands and
I tried to call and make an appointment and someone straight up picks up the receiver and hangs up. I can hear the background noise when they pick up the receiver.... What's up with that? I'll be looking for a new doctor.
Their phones you call it hangs up last time I had to drive there make the appt. when we went in I told her about the phone problem yea I am aware we've been trying to get it fixed. in the mean time calls are coming in and answered. I'm confused. I was told they would call us to refer us to a back surgeon never happened in 3 months now still can't get the phone answered. love Dr .Shireen but not anything else. time to find a new place. & they never remind you of appt. never have. so sad!
