I tried to call and make an appointment and someone straight up picks up the receiver and hangs up. I can hear the background noise when they pick up the receiver.... What's up with that? I'll be looking for a new doctor.

Their phones you call it hangs up last time I had to drive there make the appt. when we went in I told her about the phone problem yea I am aware we've been trying to get it fixed. in the mean time calls are coming in and answered. I'm confused. I was told they would call us to refer us to a back surgeon never happened in 3 months now still can't get the phone answered. love Dr .Shireen but not anything else. time to find a new place. & they never remind you of appt. never have. so sad!

I made an appointment with the imbecile Lily for a set day; I then left the office and immediately wrote down the date and time for the appointment. I come in that date and she tells me my appointment was 8 days ago. The past 3 times I’ve come in for my appointment she gives me an excuse on why I can’t see the doctor. Extremely Arrogant and Rude

I just got switched to a new GP at this location. I keep trying to call to set up an appointment but no one picks up the phone. A few times someone has but immediately put me on hold only to hang up on me. I'm on day two of multiple attempts to call. This is weird

When I tried to call them at the first time that I a new patient, and my insurance enroll me to their clinic, they hung up when I was talking. Do you guy know what does politeness mean? I do not know how can they have the license to operate a clinic with that behaviour. TERRIBLE!
