I want to thank pathway and its staff especially Amy and Heather, the most because anytime I called with a question (and I called quite a bit) they had an answer! They were nice and didn’t hesitate with my move in process and my kids and I are very thankful to have chosen Pathway Homes on our move!
Pathways Homes brought in a resident who brought in some friends who slept in our stairwells and used them as toilets as well. Pathways makes a lot of money off of the taxpayers of Fairfax County then sticks the residents with cleaning up their mess.
I like pathways makes me feel more independent thank you for giving me a chance 💕
This program does not offer a therapeutic, peaceful, enjoyable environment for anyone. They offer little to no counsel. Accountability is fair to none and they are borderline racist. Stolen property, violation of basic rights, and police involvement. They do nothing for residents but provide unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. This is not a place you want to be. I will not EVER tear down a place live this because they want to help people out, but when it comes to a point where it smells like cigarettes smoke in the hallways, fights to the point of me having to slam the side of the walls to get them to stop, and to have homeless coming in and out of this PRIVATE PROPERTY, it becomes an issue! I have to wake up at 6AM to open the door and see a man sitting on the stairs next to said tenant, HE IS SHARING THE CODES TO THE CONDO!
