If i could leave a 0 star review i would. This is beyond the worst place to take any child. This place did nothing for my child. I was referred here by the daycare who was kicking my son out of school for his behavioral problems that they contributed too. Not only did my child work with someone who wasn't an actual therapist "therapist in training" (KB) she was very disrespectful and bias. She believed my ex and all his lies, never reported abuse being done to the child, never returned phone calls and emails and her supervis... read more
I left a message on Monday and nobody has yet to call me back , it is now Friday. Obviously this is not somewhere that actually cares about getting people help.
Pathways was a true blessing for our family. We had been to several other places and we're disappointed in the services for our child. We can not say enough of our counselor. They are like family to us now. The best part is my child has finally found her voice.
Bad first impression. Had an first appointment for my daughter today at 4pm. I got a call at 1pm saying the Therapist is out sick. Didnt they know that this morning, why not call me earlier. I could have been calling around for other places. I won't be sending my child there. Smdh
