Beware! I have been helping my aunt look for an apartment. She went and was not able to view the actual apartment but was shown a "model" of what she would be renting. So she paid the $49 application fee because she was satisfied with the model. Well, after being approved, she was then shown the actual apartment. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND NOTHING LIKE WHAT THE MODEL LOOKED LIKE. She was told she agreed to a non refundable application fee. Which she did. worst apartment I ever lived in. You never had anywhere to park maintenance used to come in my apartment when I wasn’t home but Took forever to come fix anything when you put in the maintenance request and when I moved out, they lied and said that I left $592 worth of damage and I took pictures of every single room in the Apartment. they say only two cars per apartment, but my neighbors had at least four and they never did anything about it. This was actually one of the best places I’ve lived. Never had a problem with my unit, almost like new. Staff is friendly, attentive, & available. They go over & beyond.
