Couldn’t be bothered to send out a bill from nearly two years ago before they started threatening to send to collections. I had no idea anything was sent to them in the first place.
Don't really appreciate my first bill from them being a red angry final notice with all kinds of really nasty rude wording. Some kind of courtesy call to see if I had even gotten the invoices would have been nice. Nope. Rude threats of small claims court.
