This review is for billing department. They sent me a bill for denied claim where doctor entered wrong CPT code. As per explanation of benefits, they are not supposed to bill me for a denied claim where mistake from their side. Still they billed me and took my money from my debit card and refused to refund or correct the cpt code to refile the claim. They clearly said over the phone, they dont care about customer service and only care about money. They said, they dont have man power to call doctors office and fix the cpt cod... read more
