I had a blood draw here. I went in A.M. They got me in right away. No pain with the needle. My nurse was very attentive and kind.
I received services from PAML on 08/05/2016 and have been receiving billing statements ever since for charges they billed incorrectly to my medical insurance. They failed to bundle the lab charges as required, and instead of correcting their billing error, they made the charges patient pay and are trying to get me to pay them. I refuse, and so far have made three phone calls to PAML and one to my medical insurance. Now, I am writing a letter to their CEO and to their customer service supervisor.
