This company billing is seriously incompetent with their payment process. They give us an option to do auto monthly payments and then when that bill is over due they are sending warning and sending it to debt collection. When you give us an option of paying monthly obviously the overdue date goes beyond. Before sending those warnings or to debt collection they need to go through the account whether to check if they are on the monthly payment plan which they didn't do on our account. This is the best Pathology group I have ever experienced. The pathologists in this group are so accommodating and explain everything. Although pathologists work 'behind the scenes,' these pathologists are always available, timely, and accurate in their diagnosis. We had no issues with their billing. They are a great group who have a vast knowledge base and extensive experience. I will certainly use them again.
