The review from a former reviewer is absolutely correct. The "office manager"(J Katz) is leaving reviews as if she's a client. She has no business writing a review for this "lab". This is a conflict of interest and has been reported many times. The entire organization is badly run and shady. Reported to Google for conflict of interest. Please be aware.
Why do I get covid test 3 of them from ur company every month? I hope ur not charging me for this? This is fraud!
Path report incomplete--neglected to document results of an important stain that would dictate further treatment. . Impossible to reach anyone at lab to get complete results. Been trying for a week to get the complete results. Messages from my primary care doctor go unanswered. This lab is terrible.
Paid them if full in 2020 (Dana Tello @ pathmd). 4.5 years later out of the blue I am sent to collections for an amount they say I now owe. Called MULTIPLE times and left messages for Rachel their billing manager. Not called me back once. TERRIBLE business practices.
