Writing this as I am sitting in the waiting room. I have been here for over an hour just waiting. Such a weird concept of walking up and writing your name down and not talking to anyone. Such a slowwwww process I would not recommend coming here. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining.
Extremely rude and not helpful. The waiting room is often full with no seats and the lab techs that work there will get upset if you are standing even when no seats are open. Wait time exceeds an hour.
Mixed experience. The guy who helped me was helpful but they said my paperwork was never received but when I called the Dr , it said the fax was received and they got confirmation it was received.
So I went to this laboratory, thinking the worst because of the reviews I was delightely surprised I was right in and right out, so I’m sorry for having a negative attitude. You guys are awesome.
I brought a family member who can't drive in for blood work. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. The good news: 1. Everyone here should be able to fill their pee cup by the time their name is called. 2. Everybody's a Millionaire show is playing on the TV so you might leave a bit smarter. 3. If you have a medical emergency while here, the building is full of doctors and the hospital is really close. 4. You could make new friends...if they aren't all glued to their phone screens.
