Terrible experience working with Russ Grimsley. We moved to COS in the summer of 2018 and ended up renting a home for the first year through Pathfinders Properties. The first 6 months were great until Melissa left and we had to start working with Russ. We chose to have a home built for us in January 2019 and gave more then 6 months notice about our vacancy in June/July time frame. Russ was very unprofessional and rude to talk to on many occasions. Outstanding service by dedicated professionals! My property was managed and sold by Pathfinders while I was living overseas. Pathfinders know how to work on small details that protects the interests of its customers!
I used Pathfinders Properties when I moved out of the area in 2013 due to military commitment. They managed my property for five and a half years with absolutely no issues. They kept me informed of any issues (weather, maintenance, etc.) and responded quickly to any concerns I had during the time they managed my property.
