He is very thorough and pleasant. He has been treating me for30 years and I have recommended him to many people including my husband.
Great care and treatment plan
Dr. Pathipati was very thorough. Problem was diagnosed with first tests and felt much better right away. Highly recommend him and his staff.
I was able to get an appointment quickly and Dr. Pathapati was friendly and made me feel at ease. The colonoscopy appointment went smoothly and staff were very friendly.
Everything at his office went very smoothly, from my initial appointment to the actual colonoscopy. Friendly and efficient staff. The doctor visited with me after the surgery with the results and even had a follow up call a couple of days later to check on me.
Everything from scheduling to insurance claims to surgery to dismissal was wonderful. Front desk clerk was so patient and kind, every time I called ( probably 6 times) with a question. Nurses for surgery and post-op were kind, gentle and answered any questions I had with a sincere smile. Went in with years worth of stomach problems and was immediately tested, diagnosed, and treated for ulcerative colitis. Had a great experience with the colonoscopy, all appointments, and the medication prescribed. He described my condition with pictures and such but not so much how to live with it or what to expect, that’s my only complaint.
Do not use this doctor. He is NOT thorough. He is more interested in your payment method than your diagnosis. Go to someone else it is worth the wait. Their billing department is just as poorly ran as their treatment.
Dr. Pathapati was very thoughtful and kind. During Consultation and then Endoscopy what was to take place was explained. Staff worked hard to make this visit comfortable and possible.
