I've been going here for a few months! My therapist Beth is amazing and the office manager Karla is great too. But their medication management nurse practitioner named Cathrine Miller wasn't a good fit for me as I have multiple mental and behavioral conditions. I was supposed to have a face-to-face appointment today with my Case Manager but I guess that they never scheduled it in their calendar. My caregiver and I waited around for an appointment that didn’t even happen. But other than that everything from path has been great. What sucks is that This appointment that I thought that was gonna happen that didn’t, and it kind of felt like I was forgot about. No, if I was the one that forgot, then that would be a no call no-show for me and I would Fee for not showing up or calling.
We sent an email asking for help, never got a response. We tried calling a week ago and leaving a message with our phone number and once agin we have not heard from them. At least let us know you won't help!
