I called Mr. Jordan Davis on a Sunday at around 11am. I had a major backup occur in my downstairs bathroom. He was there in 15 mins, and worked quickly and efficiently. He was happy to speak with my home warranty people and explain the situation fully to me. He was an absolute life saver. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.
Jordan came out and did a great job cleaning out the tree roots. Great price too!
Having been without water a day and a half ( because first company I called not only lied to me but also cursed me out and hung up on me when I let them know I called some one else. When I called Pate’s they were out within 15 minutes of my call and fixed the leak right away. They were nice and courteous and very professional! Unlike Whatley’s Plumbing and they charged $15.00 less than the quote I was given by Whatley’s! Will recommend Pate’s to everyone I know!
Me and my family were scammed a few months ago on a plumbing job we needed done. Long story short the guy took $1000 from us and never showed back up. I finally called Pate’s Plumbing and they were on time, let me know when they were headed my way and stayed until the job was done. I would recommend Jordan to everyone! Outstanding work and I am so grateful for him!
Great service and price. Jordan with Pates Plumbing came out after dark and stayed till 10:30 PM to fix a water leak. I can't thank him enough. If you need a plumber, call Jordan with Pates Plumbing.
