Pater assisted me with finding and vetting new tenants for my rental apartment. They were thorough and efficient.
The pictures are the damages that, according to Mandy from Pater, amount to $4,286.71 in repairs, because she ultimately failed to differentiate between turnover costs and the cost of repairs to damages that went beyond normal use (damages we were compliant with and took responsibility for). Just went to go see a "2 bedroom" apartment this morning and was absolutely horrified. 1850/mo for a Studio apartment disguised as a 2 bedroom unit. The entire building smells like mold and dust. The apartment had "the landlord special" all over everything including the bathroom and closets. They advertise "amenities" but it's actually just 2 picnic tables and 2 grills immediately next to the trash on a poorly maintained lawn. I can't even explain how far from the truth the post by Deborah is. Pater had nothing to do with our HOA voting in the current company responsible for plowing. Deborah never attended our annual meeting and has basically no knowledge of how things operate. This senior is out of touch and clearly is nothing more than a keyboard Karen. We have only worked with Pater for four months which isn't enough time for a clear minded, smart, intelligent person to make a judgement on the services they provide. We pay $350/month HOA and yet again largest storm of the year and we haven't been plowed since yesterday 5am! One car is stuck in the middle of the parking lot and she called Pater office no answer and no reply! I have had to call out of work twice because of no plows and can't get up the hill to get out of our complex. Emergency vehicles cannot go in/out as well. This is basic property care here. We have Seniors here! You should be ashamed! Rating is definitely a NEGATIVE!
