The worst real estate company you can work with, completely unprofessional. After my family applied for a rental property they waited for 14 days to get a response when they initially told us 5-7 days. The worst part is that they never answered calls or emails and while later we managed to get a hold of someone to give us the update that we were not selected and for no reason. They had us pay 60$ a person to apply and kept the unit on the market to collect as much application fees as possible and eventually deny them for no ... read more
Nothing but positive things to say about Pater Real Estate Management. Heather Colbert is by far the best property manager I've ever worked with! Professional, responsive and committed to making for a great tenant experience. Sad to move away because I could have stayed there forever!
Pater assisted me with finding and vetting new tenants for my rental apartment. They were thorough and efficient.
The pictures are the damages that, according to Mandy from Pater, amount to $4,286.71 in repairs, because she ultimately failed to differentiate between turnover costs and the cost of repairs to damages that went beyond normal use (damages we were compliant with and took responsibility for). Mandy alleged that, should there have not been damage done to the walls, repainting would not have been needed.
