My MacBook Pro, Ipad, iPhone cannot access Patelco online because your server is not found by my system. I do not need customer service, I need technical help. And yes your customer service wait times are really bad. I have happily been with Patelco for many years until this problem cropped up I'd say within the last year. I'm new to Patelco but I was so impressed on how fast and quick their response to my banking needs. I admire the courteousness and fast paced support that ** ******** from Pleasanton Branch and *** *****of Patelco Fairfield Branch. These two people are amazing and very good to communicate with. Currently having issues following an ATM withdrawal of $100 at about 5AM in the morning. ATM only issued $80 but their "team" keeps telling me that the ATM works fine and that no error was detected. HELLO? That's the whole reason why I contacted them. Still waiting on resolution, but they terminated multiple messages to stop me from responding following their first response.
Terrible telephone customer support. Long wait time to speak to an agent. No call back about internet security problem.

I am a knew customer with Patelco. This business is very difficult to work with. They send a member number, but you cannot create an on-line account with the information they provide you. The prompt continues to state they can't match the information. If you call you will be on hold for an extraordinary length of time with no answer.
