Whomever has rated her one star clearly has a personal issue. She is a top-notxh doctor recommended by another top-notch doctor. I trust very few and she is one. Highly professional, competent and puts others to shame. I recommend her highly.

I would say ignore the 1 star rating, I did. I was in this week for the first time for a root canal procedure. Dr. Patel was fantastic! The Dr was courteous and professional. The facility was up to date, very very clean and very comfortable. My molar tooth had 5 roots (most have 2-3). She performed the root canal without inflicting the slightest twinge or discomfort. If there is ever another need for surgery, Dr Patel will be the only one in my book.

Dr. Patel performed a root canal, and the implement (drill) broke off in the root canal. While this is a potential risk with this procedure, Dr. Patel failed to inform the patient that this had occurred. A trained specialist reviews the devices used during the procedure and studies X-rays. If she was unable to detect the breakage, is she using the device on other patients??
