Dr. Patel is very patient, polite and understanding. I have been going to her for more than 3 years. She is kind, articulate and respectful. She makes every visit comfortable and doesn't mind spending time explaining every detail of the diagnosis with simplicity and empathy. She also patiently hears you and understands all that you are experiencing. She has great recollection of your medical history and tries to help monitor and treat any issues. I have found every visit with Dr. Patel very fruitful and comforting.
Dr Patel is a lifesaver! She has been my primary care Dr for over a decade and has always been caring and professional. Her office staff is kind and polite, and have always made it easy to make an appointment. I don’t want to put any specifics out here on the World Wide Web, but with a thorough and determined analysis she saved my life. Thank you very much Dr Patel!
If I could give Doctor Patel 0 stars I would. I have never felt like someone cared less about my health then I have the last two days. I saw Dr. Patel over the past two days and she was confrontational, had terrible bedside manor, was angry if you asked questions where she actually had to spend time with you as a patient, and our last interactions ended with her yelling at me verbatim “go find a new doctor” after asking her to simply take my blood pressure before I left because it was high the previous day. Came to see my doctor, who wasn't in office yet. She came out to waiting room, listened to my lungs, said I needed to go to hospital immediately then vanished. Less than 5 minutes. Billed Horizon $300.00! Sent me a bill for my co- pay, $10. It will be a cold day in Hell before I pay this rude, money grubbing person.
The doc. was very knowledgeable and asked questions as to my concerns. Thanks doc.! Professional, caring and patient. Staff are so friendly and kind.
