Dr. Patel is a very good optometrist. Unfortunately his staff is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I have been a patient for 12 years and have never been treated poorly the way his staff has treated me and my family. They never answer the phone, cancel appointments the day of a scheduled appointment, after people who work take off and will reschedule your appointment if you're late for 5 minutes, which is unheard of in a business. I was very pleased with my first visit to the Randleman Eye Center. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I finally have the best computer glasses ever. I had gone to two other places before going to the this one, and was not pleased with my reading glasses. Thanks so much for the AWESOME service, and to a Great staff.
