Dr. Patel is a very good optometrist. Unfortunately his staff is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I have been a patient for 12 years and have never been treated poorly the way his staff has treated me and my family. They never answer the phone, cancel appointments the day of a scheduled appointment, after people who work take off and will reschedule your appointment if you're late for 5 minutes, which is unheard of in a business.
